The Burger King located near my home has recently gone through a management change that has resulted in great food and improved service. The burgers are now cooked to perfection, and the shakes are still hot when I get home to eat them.

This location with new shift managers in the last year or so (GM has always been a nice lady) has been awesome for this store. Definitely a good representation of exactly what Burger King food should be. Proof that good managers contribute to good employees and that contributes too good food. Plus one of the only places ever that when I get home to eat my takeout the fries are still hot.
The Dells Burger King has really stepped up their operation. It never seems to fail that the fast food places in this town mess up orders or forget items ordered. The past year, BK has not forgotten parts of our order and the food has been hot. Also the fries have not been way oversalted which was an issue before. The order takers are pleasant and efficient. We always do drive through. Way better than any of the other drive throughs. Food tastes fresh and hot.
The restaurant food was ok. I'm not against dogs, but how is it that just because they are small they are going to be allowed inside a RESTAURANT. People should respect places where dogs aren't allowed.

As a rule, I try not to leave a negative review. But I feel it is important. I hadn't eaten since breakfast. After BK, I didnt eat again until Tues morn, so there was no other foods in question.On the afternoon of Monday Feb 5 we did a drive through. I ordered whopper Jr. It was barely warm, but i was hungry. Tues morning I was sick, I am sure food poison. So, from anywhere, if your food isn't HOT or freshly made, send it back.
Tried to place an order and the old lady at the drive through had a hard time hearing so I slowed down and repeated my order she took as me being a "disrespectful Millennial." She then proceeded to scream and swear at me and my friend once we pulled up to the window to try to explain we weren't being disrespectful. She then proceeded to throw a large soda at the side of my truck and slammed the window shut after I asked to speak with the manager. Will not be returning as a local strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
